Adoption fees & requirements
Requirements
All adopters must pass a home check, and meet & greet with any previous animals prior to adoption. Current animals must be up to date on core vaccinations.
Adoption Fees
Dogs under 7 years of age: $250
Dogs over 7 years of age: $150
All cats & kittens: $100
These fees help us to continue rescuing animals and keep them healthy until we can find them a forever home!

Maize
Maize is a 3-year-old boxer mix sweetheart who is as affectionate as they come! She adores people, loves to snuggle up close, and will happily roll over for belly rubs.
Her perfect day would start with sleeping in next to her human, followed by a nice walk or a relaxing trip to a coffee shop or brewery where she can people-watch. After that, she’s all about playtime with her toys, a game of tug-of-war, and of course, plenty of cozy naps.
Maize is a smart girl who has been working hard on her leash manners and basic commands. She learns quickly, especially when her favorite reward, cheese, is involved! She has proven to be a well-mannered lady in her foster home and has had no accidents and can be trusted to be left out when home alone.
She can be selective with other dogs, so she may do best as the only pup in the home or with an experienced dog owner who can help her with slow introductions. A calm and/or older dog companion would be ideal, if any. She has been known to playfully chase a cat, but has shared a home space with them.
If you’re looking for a fun, snuggly, and loyal companion, Maize might be your girl.

The runt of the litter (and not actually related to her foster siblings!), Buggie has never let her small size slow her down. She can hold her own during wrestling matches with the other kittens and is playful, feisty, and full of personality. With her unique mix of calico and tabby coloring, she's got a little bit of the best of both worlds—and the attitude to match!
